For GOMdrop order forms: Add items to your cart by going to the item you'd like, selecting the quantity you want, then pressing add to cart. For items sets, you will need to click the drop down button and select the item you want before doing this.

Fill in the necessary joiner information. If your contact info has changed, please DM us asap. For address changes, you may update it when filling out our ship out form upon GO arrival.

Please make sure to fill out the alternative contact so we can reach you in case your order or payment has any issues.

Take note of the required down payment (DP) and don't forget the deadlines listed in the form to avoid additional fees!

Make sure that you have submitted your order (you can verify this when you see a "thank you for submitting a response" in gforms or when you see your order number in GOMdrop).

For GOMdrop forms, Please screenshot your order number and download a copy of your order before exiting the page. No email will be sent back with your order details until your order is paid.

Once your order form is sent, please send proof of payment to our payment form. Account details and instructions can also be found here. The automatic email with your proof of payment will serve as payment confirmation. In case there are any issues, we'll message you. For manual confirmation or questions, please DM us.

Order confirmation
- For GOMdrop forms: Once payment is cross checked with your order, you will receive an email from GOMdrop with your order details.
- For Gforms: you will automatically receive a copy of your response after submitting your order.

After the deadline of orders, we will announce on our socmed pages once a GO confirmation email with the GO status tracker, item balance payment reminder and other details has been sent.

Please check your email (inbox and spam folder) from time to time along with our social media pages to avoid missing the payment deadlines.

Accepted modes of payment: Gcash, BPI or Metrobank

Modes of delivery: Gogoexpress - Regular, Gogoexpress - with Extra Item Protection (insurance) or Lalamove, SCO. Descriptions of each MOD can be found here

We can cater to requests outside of Genshin Impact and Tears of Themis

When requesting for a free quotation, please send the following details:
- Name and photo of the item/s
- Link to the item if possible
- Number of the item/s you wish to order
Should no link be given, please give us at least 1-2 weeks to search for your desired item.

Should you at any time wish to cancel the search request, please let us know immediately. There will be no service fee if you do so.

The quotation price is for the item and proxy fee. An estimated ISF will also be given.

Once the buyer agrees to proceed with the request (based on the quote given), cancellations prior to the payment deadline will incur a service fee of Php150 or 10% of full payment (whichever is higher).

Once the request is ordered, cancellations will not be allowed.

Full payment of the item and proxy fee is required prior to ordering and the international shipping fee (ISF) will be charged upon arrival.

For CN item requests: ETA for a requested item depends on its availability in the given store. In stock items typically ship out in 1 week. Shipping to the PH typically takes 1-1.5 months if using NETA (normal shipping time). For faster shipping, please inquire.

Before sending out orders, we ensure that the items are not damaged. Once the order has been sent out through your preferred courier, Eggo PH will no longer be liable for any damages or losses, but should you be experiencing an issue with regards to slow delivery, feel free to let us know and we will help you contact the courier.

For GogoXpress users: Estimated delivery dates can be provided upon request, but please note that deliveries may be earlier or later than the estimated date given to us in the booking app, and to prepare accordingly. Please also note that as we are not the ones in charge of the courier's delivery schedules, we can't guarantee the date of arrival of your order unless Lalamove or same day delivery is used.

Should no MOD be chosen by a GO joiner upon ordering, Gogo Xpress Regular will be used by default. Descriptions of each MOD can be found here

Posts and/or order forms will indicate whether ISF (international shipping fees) are included or not

Please carefully select and check your orders before submitting. Once you have submitted your order, please send the proof of payment to either: our twitter or our facebook page.

Please only place an order if you are a sure-buyer. Eggo PH reserves the right to block and ban those who place an order and refuse to pay. NO REFUNDS AND ORDER CANCELLATIONS will be accepted once the group order has been placed.

For fully paid orders prior to GO arrival: The order arrival message/email must be acknowledged within 14 days of being messaged. Any unacknowledged and unclaimed orders between 14-30 days upon arrival will be charged a storage fee of Php 50 per day. After 30 days, any unclaimed orders will be forfeited and no refund will be given. Please note that items will not be forfeited if the full order happens to be split into two shipments or a prior arrangement with Eggo PH is made.

For partially paid orders prior to GO arrival: Item balance must be paid within the given item balance deadline, otherwise a late payment fee of Php50 per day not paid will be charged. Once the item arrival notice is sent, the remaining balance should be sent by the final deadline, otherwise the order will be canceled, no refund will be given, and the item will be put for reclaim.

Upon arriving to our CN address, it will take 1-1.5 months for the items to arrive to the Philippines.

As the managers are full time students, please understand that other responsibilities may sometimes prevent quick replies and ship outs. Eggo PH reserves the right not to entertain rude customers and messages.

Your order will only be shipped out once items are fully paid. Ship outs are typically on Friday, Saturday or Sunday.

Refund requests will only be entertained if there is an unboxing video filmed and sent within 24 hours of receiving the item
